Endorsing Volunteer Skills

Volunteers are the lifeblood of any organization. One of the most important things you can do to increase volunteer retention and engagement is to ensure your current volunteers feel recognized, so they continue to come back and spread the word to get others involved!

Endorsing Skills For Volunteers

Go to your "Management" area and click the 'Volunteers' page. 

On the 'Endorsements' tab you will see submissions of skills that volunteers are requesting to be endorsed. Simply click endorse! If you feel that the volunteer has not done sufficient work to endorse the skill, simply press the red delete icon. The user will not be notified. 

NOTE: Volunteers can edit the skills at any time, but this will remove your endorsement and re-submit the new chosen skills to be endorsed to ensure this has been verified.
