Creating an offer is very easy and takes less than 5 minutes!
1. Choose your Offer Type
a. Fixed Donation: a fixed amount will be donated to your customer's favourite cause. This is great for professional services, high value purchases, or memberships. Use the Offer Redemption Certificate as proof of purchase if your business uses contracts, rather than paper receipts.
b. Percent of Purchase: A percent of your customer’s purchase will be donated to their favourite cause. This is great for retail or transactional businesses.
2. Choose the Value of your Offer
Research shows that 5% - 10%, or up to $500 are the most successful.
3. Choose the Redemption Limit
Choose how often you want to allow customers to redeem - one time only or unlimited redemptions.
4. Choose the Business Category
Select the business category of your offer so it is easier for your customers to find.
5. Create a Bonus Reward for Volunteers (Optional)
Consider offering a bonus reward to local volunteers by giving them a little something extra, such as a discount, free product, or add-on to their service.
6. Choose a Start Date & Expiry Date
Select the date that customers will be able to access your offer. The expiry date is optional.
7. Choose your Offer Locations
Select 1 or more locations where your customers can redeem your offer.
